my clock wont advance time, here is the email to fix problem. sure hope this helps out some people.

The problem that you describe is pretty common. The cause of the problem has been pinpointed as water getting into the rider's headset receptacle on the top of the fuel tank. The recommended corrective action is to use a compressed air nozzle to blow out any water that may be in this receptacle. Then reset the radio. Radio reset is accomplished through the radio diagnostics. To enter diagnostics, press and hold any two radio buttons while turning the ignition switch from off to on. Release the buttons after the ignition is on. Press the LO-DX button repeatedly but slowly until you arrive at the last diagnostics screen. The last screen will be proceeded by the AVC adjustment screen. The AVC adjustment screen will have AVC in the upper display area and the setting of the AVC at the lower area, represented by a number between 0 and 4. The reset screen that follows has a two part scrolling message. The first part will tell you to press the LO-DX button to return to radio mode. The second part will say to press any two keys to reset the radio. Any two keys is OK as long as the LO-DX button is not one of the two. The reset is acknowledged by the radio being out of diagnostics and in the off state with the display reset to 12:00.
