PowerVision problems?

Stock 2018 StreetGlide, three days old w 123 miles on it. Plugged PV into bike and get "Unsupported ECU, contact tech support." Dynojet confirms it is the correct unit and is having me email all sorts of map captures and self-diagnostics. Ideas?

Bad dynojet, or perhaps the MoCo has taken another step on the path to tamper proof.
