You have to set throttle position with the software, otherwise the map doesn't know where it is, ie it is referencing of the wrong TPS value. The procedure is rather simple and I believe it should be on the PC online tutorial.
You will find the PC's have some issues with Delphi bikes, the 02's in particular. Just the nature of the beast.
