I Have A 2006 Night Train And I Wanted To Black Out The Lower Legs,triple Trees And Handle Bars. I Was Wondering If Any Body Out There Has Any Suggestions On What Is Better Powder Coating Or Paint?thanks.

Powder coating is more durable and more resistant to nicking, scratching and flaking.

Go powdercoat. Alot more durable.

@gree: I'm with everybody else here. You can get a clearcoat applied over your powdercoat which will give it a nice, deep glossy appearance. I just had my triple trees and fork lowers done in black and my rims and hubs in red. I'm super pleased with the way it turned out. Stay tuned for pics.
