Double check to make sure there are no intake or exhaust leaks. Are you sure it's the engine pinging and not a heat shield rattling?? That happens.
You could change slow jet to a 46 and re-adjust the mixture screw and see what happens. If none of that works, I'd put the stock mufflers back on and see if it goes away.
