I just got a set of Buell 1200 jugs. They are black. No polished fins, but just all black. My stock heads are silver. I don't want them mismatched. I need suggestions.
Should I paint the heads black to match the jugs?
Should I bead blast and match the jugs to the stock heads?
Which of these would be easier?
Which would be cheaper?
Any and all suggestions wanted. Thanks.

Plenty of folks out there who do powdercoating. Then you can have your jugs and heads in damn near any color or finish you want. Paid $275 to do both heads and jugs in my EVO last winter.

Yeah I was considering the Powdercoating option. If I did that I think I would go with a black powdercoating, but I have also seen a Chrome Powdercoating that looks REALLY nice. My neighbor had his frame and other various parts powdercoated Chrome several years ago and he swears by it.

Powdercoated Chrome? Isn't this an oxymoron? I've never heard of that.
