Any of you geniuses have a trick for getting the front outside cam bearing and rear thrust washer - inner race off of the cams? Do you need the bearing splitter "wedge" tool? AZ doesn't have them to loan, I checked.

I apologize if I insulted any forum members. That certainly was not my intent. After reading some of the threads here I truly do consider many of the members geniuses! I guess if we consider the forum a village, then I'm the village idiot.

ps I went to a local indy car shop and they were nice enough to let me use a bearing separator to remove the parts mentioned in my OP.
