Ok what happened is your check valve is leaking oil into the sump. And since its a dry sump its blowing out the excess oil. I had a old sporty that was good at that.
The one to check is the screw on the shorter tower of the oil pump. Its a spring and ball. The tall one is a spring and plunger, it is what holds your oil pressure. If you want more pressure just pull and twist the spring a little to make more pressure on the plunger. BUT just a very small amount. About the thickness of the wire of the spring is plenty should give you about 5 to 8 lbs more when hot.
fltht is correct on what to do if that does not work do this. remove spring and ball replace ball. get an old push rod and put valve grinding compound
on push rod end ball lap in oil pump seat. MAKE SURE you clean with
contact cleaner.this will reseat ball to pump.
