I'm not familiar with the TC88.

I would like to put on an Oil Cooler but I'm not sure what I need besides the Cooler itself.

There are 2 pipe plugs located right next to the filter. Can I get pressure and a return there or do I need an adapter between the block & filter?

The cheapest route would be to get an adapter that screws onto the oil filter mount before the oil filter does. The adapter will have your oil feed and return lines.
You can get the adapter from Jagg.

No, those are casting plugs

You definitely need the service manual for your bike, parts book too. And if you're flush, pick up the electrical daignostics manual. Order them from a 20% off dealer.
