I couldn't find a decent adapter to torque hard to reach allen head screws on the bike, so I made my own. It worked out well for me on the lifter blocks and some other hard to reach allen screws. Thought I'd share, if anyone needs the same.

I punched out the pin in an old 3/8" drive universal joint, then drilled out the swivel holes to accept a 3/16" hex key. Some pics attached. (If you do the same, just remember to keep the allen wrench at right angles to the torque wrench, so as to not change the torque reading.)

Thanks guys. Should be an easy item for anyone else to make, if they need to torque one of those out of the way screws.
