Number of Softail Customs built in 1999

I was wondering if there is a way to find out how many FXSTCs - Softail Customs were built in 1999.I had heard that only 100 had been built,I just find that a little hard to belive.Also was the Evo the only engine that could be had on a 1999 FXSTC.
