Anyone use one of the Yost or other intake manifold tools to change the manifold on a EVO FXD. It's suppose to allow you to remove and replace the intake manifold without having to remove the tank? What a bonus!
Replys please, or any other tricks out there?

I've pulled a bunch of them off over the years without removing the tank. I've got a Snap-on ball-end allen wrench with a socket end on it. Don't know what the Yost tool is but you can make you're own by just getting a ball-end allen, cutting part of it off and insert it into a socket made for allen's. I always replace the left side 2 bolts with regular hex head bolts.

I've also never used loctite on any. Always never-seize.

Hey thanks for the heads up. after looking at the yost tool more closely, thats all it is. a modified ball end allen.
