Are all the new parts high quality brand name ? I have had new "cheap" parts fail upon installation. Check all wiring connections, could be a bad ground, maybe a different condensor.
Usually something simple.

Good Luck and let us know what you find

Also check the wires between the points and coil, coil to switch, switch, switch to battery. Intermittant problems are a biatch to track down. When it's doing it (no spark), try hotwiring the coil and see if you get spark, That eliminates half your circuit right there.

Points and a condensor are about as simple a system as there is. A few jumper wires and that's about all you need to diagnose it. I used to use 6 cylinder Chevy parts. Every auto parts store carries them.

Thank you very much for the feedback. I will be trying all of the suggestions received so far. I am new to this classic Harley deal. The parts I bought came from the dealer. Honestly, I am a little skeptical (is the little emblem worth the cost?) as far as the parts HAVING to read HD on them. Like I said, I am new to this. ANy GOOOD parts sources receommendations appreciated.
I do not even know where the circuit breaker would be. The voltage regulator (the original) is not hooked-up to anything. It appears to be there just for looks?
I still need to purchase a manual. HOWEVER, as you can imagine, the bike is not all stock, so I am not too sure how much help the manual will be.

Thanks again.
