There weren't too many options at the stealers so I took the chrome one and painted it to match. Then I got a Dashinator kit for a Softail and a Duece. I put the Softail Dashinator on and then cut the Duece dashinator to fit the dash extention. It came out pretty good.

It should, I stripped the chrome off with a glass beader, than used a plastic primer under the polyester basecoat and urethane clearcoat. Time will tell.

I really like the deuce dash setup. Too bad it wont fit on the softail tank (The rest of the softail models). Is there any way to cut the bottom off and lip under the bottom of the tank so it would fit a standard without looking chitty. Also, what are the dash panels made of. I think they are plastic based on this thread.

No, I do not want a deuce tank even though it would fit with a seat change on the other softail models. I like the other softail tank better.
