Bartered some work for a 93 FXR about a year and half ago. Loving every minute of it. I rode a little back in high school, sport bikes mostly, and tore up the hills on my dirt bike. Took about a 20 year break, and got the FXR and haven't looked back. :woohoo:

I saw it, good looking scoot. Did you find your gremlin yet? I had a similar problem. Turned out to be the gas gauge. I guess it was shorted out or something. I cut the wire to it and haven't looked back.

Thanks, I'm real happy with her. I haven't had a chance to tear into it yet. I'll probably tackle that saturday and hope to be on the road saturday afternoon. Had a cool front come in, so it oughtta make for some good riding.
