Need PC3USB map for 95",SE257, SE Heads

The bike is an 06 Ultra-classic. The SE heads are the Performance Heads...no HTCC. The dealer screwed me on the programming and I wonder if any of you have a map for the above combo. I also have Flat top pistons, a Kuryakyn Hi-five breather and Rinehart true duals.
