Running out of ideas for finding a Harley neck to weld onto the front of my custom chopper frame. We're just going to make our own. Could anyone help me with dimensions? I need ID and OD dimensions, and thickness of the neck tubing. I could also use a measurement of the inner length from cup seat to cup seat.

Or, if you know a site that would carry such info, that would work, too.

This is for a Suzuki Intruder chopper project, but we're using an HD FXWG 80-83 front end on it. The 1 inch steering stem and the bearings that go with it won't fit the Intruder neck, so that's why we're fabbing something up, rather than purchasing something used (but we did try that route, unsuccessfully). I've got 8 inch over forks with a 5 degree raked triple tree. We're going to assemble the front end and prop it up so that the trail dimensions are where we want them to be, and build the frame up to that point.
