If the MoCo wants to keep profittable they are going to have to start paying attention to the customers. They do have control over there dealers, it's by holding back the product and limiting there sells until the dealers correct the problem. If that is what happened to Robison trying to force the boutique then they could do the same to force reliable service. MoCo I know your watching, time to wake up and smell the java.
