A stock bike will not redline in 5th gear.

With EFI gearing on a late touring bike in 5th gear 90 mph cruise is 4000 rpm, and pretty much each 500 rpm is 10 mph either way, ie 110 indicated is 5000 rpm and that's about what they pull.
