I know a few motor officers who retired in their early 50's. Even retired they can still handle a Harley better than any civilian rider I've seen.

Became an officer in 1991. Became a motor officer in 2003. Still active.

started police work in 93....started riding in 06'.

Started on police motors in 1980. Retired in 2005, bought the Departments 05 FLHTPI lease out from the dealer the May 06 and still riding the old girl.. Now 95ci with SE 203 cam Big Sucka breather, Rinehart true duel exhaust and a Master Tune with O2 sensors. Then did stereo with blue tooth , cruise control, gps and cb radio to talk to my fellow HD touring buddies.

Best ride I ever had we are both now retired and fully enjoying civilian life!
