Hey erruption, whats prompting your switch to carb? What kind of problems are you having with your MM?

CV44 is a tad too big for the 95" to get the most out of it. The Mikuni 42 is great. A well worked CV 40 ain't bad either.

Popping when you close the throttle and the RPM passes thru 2400 to 2100 RPM.

And when you closed the throttle, the bike reall pushes you forward....kind of an abrupt deceleration.

Not really a big deal, but just seriously considering making the change.

Having changed out a MM injection setup to carb on my 98 RK, I would encourage you to find a good..... GOOD tuner before you did the change. Yours is a TC, right? That popping quite probably is lean condition. I changed mine out because the temp sensors kept messing up and over reving the engine. The computer always thought the engine was in cold start mode.
