I know there are other post already regarding my question but I wanted to start my own. When I bought my FXR it came with a S&S Super E and matching S&S manifold. Right now it’s set up using the vacuum spigot on the manifold to work with the ignition I think.
So my question is how can I run my Mikuni 42 on the S&S manifold? Please refrain from telling how the much better or worse certain carbs are. Im just looking for advise on how I can mount up the Mikuni on the S&S manifold. Don’t mean to sound like a dick but I know how people can get on here. Thanks in advance

S&S uses a flange manifold. Mikuni uses a spigot manifold. You need an adapter. Or you could go back to the stock manifold if you have one. Search for Mikuni adapter. Simple enough.

You might come up with something like this.

You could be using the vacuum for the VOES. If you have a Harley Davidson fuel valve, it uses vacuum too.
