Hi.
I have spoken to Marzocchi about servicing my forks. They are all chrome and i want the uppers and the part where the axle bolts on to be anodized black but leave the sliders chrome.

They say no problem.
They say I should be able to pull them apart with no issue. If i screw a seal they have replacements... or can atleast point me in the right direction...

Sounds good so far right?

Well, i have NO idea how to take these things apart or even what to expect when i DO get them apart!

Does anyone have any insight into these forks at all? Does the HD Install book mention anything about this sort of thing?

I went to the local "mountain bike" place as Marzocchi makes a shitload of bicycle front inverted forks and they had no idea what i was talking about.

Local Indys are as lost as i am...

Go here and go to the tech section. They have quite a few manuals listed in PDF format. This should get you through it.

Hey thanks very much for the link! I DL'd the Shiver50 (cause they are the biggest there) and it looks like it should work.

Cool.
