Manifold swap tool

I posted this in the Dyna section, but it may be more appropriate here. Anyone buy one of the Yost intake manifold tools that allows you to remove and replace the intake manifold, without having to remove the tank? Also, are any of you wrenches out there using blue loctite on the intake bolts? A friend says I should be using anti seize on them, but I always used a drop of blue loctite. I never had to pull one apart again sooo??
