One of the guys had a 1st class maintenance form that we could fill out and record materials and labor items for our own service records. During the Hurricane i lost my pc and my form..Does anyone have a copy??? thanks
Here's one for you from Microsoft that I tweaked a bit with checklist items stolen from the MOCO website. The checklist items are from the 20K list, so others may be different. You can always insert them at the bottom. Works with Excel '97 or later. You can customize it as you wish. Suggest you make a copy of it before customizing so you can alway revert back to an original if you hose it.
