Bought three pairs of Lyndall Z+ pads for my 2003 Electra Glide Classic. I was less than impressed. (See my earlier post on this subject) I emailed the company, they emailed back to call Paul in customer service. Within about 5 seconds on the phone with Paul, he had my address and is sending me three pairs of Gold pads. Great customer service, great response. Paul is sending me his phone number with the pads, he wants to hear back from me after I install the Golds and get my feedback. BTW, Paul is the president of the company. How cool is that?

It's refreshing to see great customer service these days, seems most would rather be mediocre at best, these are the companies that we should be spending our money with...they deserve it!

I'm on a Deuce owner group. Last year Paul gratiously offered free t-shirts to the group. I wear it proudly.
