I was riding last night and my 2006 FLHRI started sputtering and died on decel.
I could restart her ok, but the next time I decel'ed, it happened again.
It did not occur to me to check the Fuel Gauge, because I did not get a Low Fuel Light, like I always had before.
I was able to get it back to the house and happened to look, the Gauge was past E.

I have the Service manual and found the circuit.

The Yellow/White wire is the Fuel Level Sensor outputs to both the Gauge and the Low Fuel Light on the Speedo and it has variable voltage depending on fuel (7.5v empty and 4.37 with 1 gal).
I have these voltages all the way to the Speedo.

What I would like know, before I replace the Speedo, is a what voltage does the Low fuel Light get triggered at?
And, if my Fuel Level Sensor is not sending the proper signal, can it be re-calibrated to some specs that I hope someone can provide.

2006, is it still under warranty? Is there a way to check the bulb?
The "bulb" is in the Speedometer housing, like the Check Engine light.
Warranty?
I guess it might be covered, but I haven't had a dealer do anything other than the Recall stuff since the first service.
