The right Knuckleheads could be an investment. Down side anything worth buying will be priced as such. A fixer upper will come out even more by the time it is done right.
I always liked the looks of the Knuckleheads.

Buying it hoping to flip it for a pay down the road serious gamble. The guy selling a Bike he has had most of his life now days is more likely to be buying a jeep. Much bigger market for a good jeep.
