Can you only win once in a year or can you enter one of your many bikes in a year?
A bike can only win once, if you have more then one enter away.

So the search was on for a touring bike. Sold all but one and found a all but shot RK in West Monroe La.. This thing ain't seen a shelter sense it left the stealer. Got it home and in 12 hrs later it was to the frame. Took a couple of years but I got the one I wanted. Oh BTW, be gentle I'll be 66 the 30th

This has all the making of another competitive month. All the bikes so far are very worthy.
Yup...another tough one. Barring any changes, I know which to vote for.

And the story: My previous employer offered me a job in Philadelphia that I could not pass up and after three years of living there with no bike I decided I could afford to buy one. I had my heart set on a VRod Muscle but when I went to the dealership it was gone. I happened to walk past a stock red Rocker and liked it but didn't care for the color. It was completely stock. I called Barb's HD in New Jersey because I saw another VRod Muscle in the color I liked and waited until the weekend to head over. When I got there it was gone. Damn! As I looked around, I spotted my Rocker and was instantly smitten. I walked over and it had a "Hold" sign on it. I asked the salesman if it was sold and he checked with his manager and said it was on hold but the man did not put any money on it. I asked him if he wanted to sell it like "right now". I bought it without even riding it. Very impulsive, I know, but I just had to have it. I love my Rocker and it is my main transportation since I don't own a car.

Some dude in a Harley vest didn't think I could ride in the dirt. I showed him that I can. I cut my teeth riding in dirt and hill climbing.

Riding the Snake on Mulholland Hwy.

My slogan. Sort of my anti - "you throw like a girl, you hit like a girl, you run like a girl, etc.". Why, yes I do!

Oh oh...now what. Things just got different.
You rock, girl.
It's Sarah, and she rides like a girl.
Hell, she rides a man who don't own a car!
Hard core. She's got my vote just for the independence of it.

I hope I don't hear she don't need a car because she usually makes her way in studio-provided limousines. But that's okay, too!

Thank you Sett!

I haven't ridden a man who didn't own a car. :redrolf:

The greatest perk of California is the weather and being able to ride all year. I went from 2004-2011 without owning a car and when I left Philadelphia in 2014 I sold the SUV that I had there and now it's been 2 years without owning a car again. I don't miss it.
