About 8K miles ago, I replaced the inner cam bearings with Torringtons. I am back into the cam case and have a new set on the shelf. Any need to replace again? I don't want to cheap out when they are on the shelf but the last time I replaced them, I was able to rent the tool (Iron Eagle - I believe). Now, I can't find a source for tool rental. I don't want to buy a tool for 15 minutes of work. Anyone know where I can rent the tool? Thanks to all.

No need to replace if they look good.
But if you need to, you can get the removal tool free from any AutoZone. It's called a blind spot puller, with a $140 deposit you get it for as long as you need.
