Do not buy from bikers1stopsupershop.com . They will not except returns or exchanges at all!!! Please Pass on this info!

You need to explain more!! There return policy is on there site, did you comply with the 30 day policy and etc?

As a gift, V&H shortshots were purchased last week. Recieved today. I asked for an exchange for the short shot staggered. They told me they do not do any exchanges or returns on exaughst. They are still in the box unopened!!

I won't order form them again!

I read their policy. I'd be pissed, too. Make a copy of the policy for your records and send the pipes back. It doesn't say anything about needing a return authorization. THEN, if they won't honor their policy, dispute the charge on your credit card (um, you DID pay by cc, I hope?).
You get your money back and buy the pipes you want.

dont know if it would do any good to ship it back and dispute it or not found this on their web sight

on the "about us" page...didnt read the sight enough to learn if they will exchange just because you want staggered instead of shortshots but even if they do you gotta have RAN, plus lose 25% according to that page... sucks though I know

Wow. Silly me. I looked on their policies page. Maybe the exhaust policy is burried somewhere in the copyright data.

Shipping and Handling Charges: Shipping and handling charges are based on total price of your order. Oversized or heavy items may have an additional shipping cost. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared.

Shipment By UPS: We ship via UPS Ground or US Postal Service in the continental US. Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii and International orders will have an additional shipping cost applied.

Delivery Time: Allow 4-10 business days for delivery of non-backordered items in the continental US. Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and International Orders.

Consolidated Shipments: Entire orders will be shipped together if possible.


Returns and Exchanges

General: All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original customer shipment date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packing material. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Include a copy of your packing list with all returns.

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be preauthorized by us and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card.

Incorrect Item: If you received an incorrect item no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge.

Incorrect Size: No charge for exchange. We will exchange customer orders that do not fit, if the customer requests the same item in a different size. Customer pays all shipping charges.

Customer Order Error: Incorrect customer orders can be exchanged for any other item without paying the restocking charge. However, the customer will pay the additional shipping and handling charge. The replacement item must be at least 75% of the value of the original item.

Return Shipping Instructions: Return via prepaid Ups or US mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.

Return/Exchange Instructions: Enclose a copy of your packing list or E-mail Invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions.

This is their way out "Returns must be preauthorized by us". That way they can refuse anything.

How do companies like this stay in business?

Couldn't a gift be construed as a "Customer Order Error?"

If it remains unopened, call the courier to pick it up and tell them you wish to refuse the package. I think you have a right to do that. Make a quick call to your state's attorney general's office of consumer protection. They will assist you to know your rights.

Just another good reason to shop online only with those you trust. I just added another vendor to my trusted list. Direct Parts. I have been monitoring their customers comments here on the forum for quite some time. Due to the number of satisfied customers, I ordered some brake pads and stuff from them a few weeks back. Got everything in perfect condition and in a timely fashion. Now they are a site sponsor. No surprise.

Agree on the Direct parts A1 service. Do not, I repeat do not confuse them with Parts Direct(full page ad in American Iron). I got it wrong once and got shafted by Parts Direct. Luckily I paid by CC and they put the charge into dispute and got me my money back.
