Whats the best way to pack a crank to ship it? Or if anyone has a old crank shipping container i'll pay shipping if you don't need it anymore.

Ya gt to wrap in something the dogs can't sniff through. Then find a address to ship it to, not your own.

Started sumping , took it apart and the crank had 20,000 runout. sccored up the camplate and wiped out the oil pump.

I've not seen a Harley crank shipping crate but you could certainly make
one from some 2X4's and a little plywood.
Back in my manufacturing days we'd fab up a box to ship that kind of stuff
our for repair. Since the flywheel is already heavy, making the crate light
is not an issue. You want it to be strong enough to protect your crank on
the way back home.
Someone ought to have a pic of one.
