Turn ignition on, pull out choke, thumb starter, thumb starter again, idle for a 1-3 minutes depending on temps (18 degrees late this afternoon), dirt bike the Heritage out the 1/2 mile hilly driveway, accelerate slowly and brake slowly on snowy roads, enjoy no bugs, return to garage after a great ride and many extended looks from others, let bike cool, be anal and clean it, cover it. Repeat soon. :cool:

sfarson, nice bike. My sister-in-law got me a Franklin Mint die cast model for Christmas. It's a replica of yours. You can get one for three easy payments of $45:D or 135 green ones. BTW, love your winterizing method. Did the same yesterday:D Merry Christmas

sfarson,

My favorite way of winterizing my bike is to put on EXTRA LAYERS OF CLOTHING , and when the bike is not in use for a day or two I add a battery tender. By the way rode the wheels off of her today, temp. reached 60. No need for the extra layers today!!!!!!

NICE RIDE::)
