Very tight fit and dont want to tear it.

Any tricks?

I am going to guess you are referring to the internal high pressure plastic line inside the tank on an EFI bike?? The come already connected to the tank outlet fitting so that end is OK. Getting the fuel pump/regulator, filter/pickup and float assembly out of the tank take some careful twisting and manuvering of the assembly - just take your time. The connection of the new hose at the fuel pump has to have a high pressure crimp fitting installed to seal and hold the pressure. If you don't have the tool and fitting for this have a dealer or shop make the connection. Then just twist and manuver it back in, use a new tank panel gasket and screws.
