I had a question about oil line routings on a late model Touring Bike...
After all of the info I have obtained recently, I was considering REMOVING my oil cooler to have a more reliable bike, i.e less plumbing. This due to the switch to a quality synthetic oil (Even though I have double wrapped the oil lines where wear from vibration might occur, with over-wrap, using a larger hose size).
On the right side of the bike, where are those 2-oil lines going to/from that are beneath the engine transission interface cover? I had the H-D oil cooler installed that ties in to them both. I understand they are on the "return" side, lower pressure, but where do they go?
(I am waiting for my service manuals to arrive still so I am not knowing).
Any input appreciated...
