Wow that was something. Lots of people here rip on speed bike riders, but the truth is some of them have skill and nerve they will never posses. That being said, I am not sure about practicing that. Maybe do a varation of 8 sec ride with your gf, if shes big enough.

that's still one of my fav video clips... I think his head touched the front fender and I'm sure his brown bear touched cloth.

Actually he did a good job of the number one thing to do, which is hold onto the front end. Control the front end, and you stand a chance of controlling the bike.

I think I seen a guy on a Heritage try just that on one of the "Riding the Dragon" videos. His dismount wasn't as nice though. :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

Wow - that's a pretty incredible video. Thanks for the link - good info to know! I'll tuck that in a brain cell somewhere and hope it's still there if (god forbid) I ever need it.
