Great to have you on the forum. Is your ride a Low Glide? I haven't ridden one of those since '85. Back in those days the dealer would just photocopy your drivers license, hand you the keys, and send you on your test ride. I liked the XLX Sportster, which I rode around the immediate vicinity.........and absolutely loved the Low Glide, which I rode down the highway 12 miles and back. The wallet was the deciding factor at that time, and the XLX (which I still own) won out. I had to wait another 16 years to get a new Big Twin rubber mount. '02 Ultra joined the stable in '01....51,000 miles of smiles.
