Pistons are .005 over for the 4.060 cyls. HQ uses these to clean up the crappy factory bores from new. Stroke is 4 3/8"

I believe stock 96 came with 3.9. The ones I have are 4.9 . Sitting here beside me.

Depends. I believe I originally sent it to Darkhorse from the post office for around 35-45 bucks.
If you really like getting hosed, use UPS.
