I've been looking for the same thing for an 05, so far no luck.

Probably illegal as it would reduce your ability to see and be seen.

For a Road Glide you might want to look at http://www.cyclevisions.com/illumabezel.html. Don't know anything about them but they are the only covers I've seen for a RG
