Our local dealership is having a contest to answer some trivia contest - sorry, you have to bring the answers in person to win - the prize is a $25 gift cert to the dealership.

If you happen to know any of these, can you help me out?

* In what year wa the Topper introduced, and what was the production run?
* In what year was the Buell RR 1200 introduced, and type of motor did it use?
* In what year did Harley introduce the Servi-Car?

Thanks for any help you could offer!

A little Google search turned this info up:

Question 1:
Not sure, maybe someone else can help

Question 2:
The 1987 RR1000 became the 1988 RR1200 when the Evo motor of the XLH1200 replaced the XR1000, but our story really begins with the RS1200 of the following year: the Westwind. An RR1200 with a little less bodywork, a weird dualseat – their first (dualseat, that is, not weird dualseat) – and the motor on display for the first time.

It’s easy to be dismissive of the practice of fitting a production Harley motor to the 1200. It was different with the XR because that had won things, but an XLH1200? Okay, so it was the new Evo version, but it was still a streetbike motor, but then Buell had already proved that his expertise wasn’t limited to the chassis.

Question 3:
1932 (also saw somewhere where it said 1931), H-D introduced the 3-wheeled Servi-car. This had a motorcycle front end but two wheels behind, the forerunner of the modern trike. This vehicle came on the scene mainly for use by garages that always had to send two men out to get a customer's car for service and return it. With the Servi-car, there was a way to attach it to the back of the car and tow it, thereby only requiring one man. It was also used by parking meter patrols and other utility uses. In the next year, 1933, Indian had its own version called the Dispatch Tow.
