If I put Fullsac slip-ons on my 2006 Road King, do I need to reflash if I don't do any intake mods?

You also might want to look for a shop that uses the www.technoresearch.com system. Cost less and changes the stock ECM from what I hear.
Also why would you want to increase the outflow of air from the engine and not increase the inflow of air to the engine? The thing is just an airpump and you have one side improved but not the other. Guess you could just get some more noise but if you wanted noise fullsac would not be the most optimum option in terms of just noise. Just asking.
