If the old one is the plastic POS, all you have to do is get a drill just a little smaller than the hole in the carb and drill it out. Take the bowl off the carb so you can make sure the are are no chips in the bowl and then press the new one in. They press in pretty hard. If you have not done so, get the replacement one that is brass.
