Hey All! My name is Greg and I’m a FNG on this board. But I’ve found a lot of threads and opinions I like so I think I’ll stick around.

I’m 43 years old and live in the small rural town of Jewett City Connecticut. Jewett City is in South Eastern part of the state also known as Casino Central, I live a few miles from Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casinos.

I bought my first road bike 23 years ago, damn that makes me feel old, when I was 19 or 20 I took our income tax refund and spent it on a bike before the wife (now ex) knew it came in the mail. Currently I have an vivid black 04 FLSTCi. My oldest son, 25, is my usual riding partner, he rides a custom softail with an S&S 113. Since the winters suck here in CT and we cant ride much, together we spend most of our spare time (and disposable income) customizing our bikes, yapping on the boards, shopping on ebay, and planning our summer rides. Just waiting on Spring.

I ride in the vicinity of Jewett City quite often. Like to take the long way from Worcester to the Bac-Dor or the back roads home from Misquamicut Beach.

Freakin cold out, huh?

What are you, nucking futs or something? I know that anywhere within 150 miles of me never got above 30* yesterday! And all that freakin wind would have made riding more fun too!
