Looking here found some in the Craft, and thought I would hang out a little.
Bought my first HD 38yrs ago, 58XL
I have worked in or around HDs for 40yrs.
My interests change from time to time, now I like the new Big Engines but still have old prehistoric bikes.
I have a 2000 Twincam, but tend to ride the old iron more.

Welcome to the forum where your interest in fine Milwaukee steel is the common denominator.

Still got the 58?

Bunch of fine folks here who check their guns at the door and show up to shoot the ship about fine motorcycles.

Enjoy the spectacle that is V-TwinForum.com.

I'd love to see some pics of your prehistoric bikes. :)

Welcome, Bro, 'specially to a lover of the older iron. Shovelhead, me. In Europe the older iron is getting too much for the pocket :)

Thanks, after that konk on the noggen, I have never been the same!
Noticed that the price of the old stuff is going up again, Iam glad I kept the 53Kmodel and the 65FLH.
Both have L.Linkert carbs!

:welcome:

I would love to have an old iron bike. I like the look. My favorite is the Harley EL. That was the bike the defined the look we still see today and it reminds me more of a piece of art now than a bike. What a vision HD had back then. Maybe some day I can luck across a good deal on one like that and take my sweet time restoring it just to have fun. In the mean time I will keep on riding my current FLSTF/I. :p
