NEED URGENT ASSISTANCE. Engine is not starting and when running ( after spraying starting gas ) stops at idle throttle

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

RK 2001, MM EFI, all cables checked. this happened during my ride this weekend.

At a x-ssing light, my bike stopped running at idle. I had to try almost 20times before the bike started again. It run Ok ( highway speed ) untill i stopped at a friends place and since then the bike did not want to start again. I went to a dealer and bought a new battery and sparkplugs. It did not help at all.
The fuelpump is working ok but the idle speed control actuator seems not to set itself, (IAC) even when you force it into any position. Strange ? Normally it sets itself to a position.
My friend had some starting gas/fluid and sprayed it into the throttle body when starting. It did help and the bike started.
When keeping the RPM at +- 2000 it stays running. but dropping the RPM to idle speed the bike stops running. Restarting without the starting gas/fluid is not working.
It is as if the ECM is not sparking or giving enough fuel. When cheching the sparkplugs it shows enough sparks...

The engine check lights stays on when the engine is running...
Not enough volts? Some sensors gone banana's ? IAC or TPS broken or out of wack. I do not have access to a scanalyzer.

All EFI specialists, please advice...

If the idle speed control actuator does not reset itself, I would suspect a bad actuator. I have seen them fail in the past. New actuator is under $100 US if I remember correctly. (that was a year or two ago)
Disconnect the battery for about 5 minutes to clear the codes after repair.

Turn your ignition on for about 5 seconds then off for 5 seconds, back on for 5 seconds off again for 5 seconds the back on and leave it on. Your check engine light will start blinking real fast. After the fast blinking if you have a stored trouble code the engine light will blink slowly. Count the slow blinks this is the first #in the trouble code, there will be a pause then the light will blink out the second # in the code. If there is more than one code you will get another pause then another code blinked out. When the engine light starts blinking fast again you have no more stored codes. Hope this helps.

Codes set are helpful but will likely tell you what you already know.
Since the engine will run your other sensors are functioning.
I would check for power to your IAC.
You may have a bad wire or a blown fuse.
Anything else not working?

If all this checks out, it sounds like a replacement IAC unit is necessary.

all is ok now ...

despite that a visual inspection showed all fuses to be ok, we used a ohm meter and found one 5 amp fuse to be intermittent ok/not ok. After replacement, the engine started rightaway. I went to an indie and he tuned the engine and MM properly. it even runs now better then before .
