I think you have to hit 35 or 50 posts for it to change. Welcome to the forum!
I wanna say that for me it changed from "FNG" to "Seasoned Rider" at about 20 posts, then from "Seasoned Rider" to "Iron Butt" when I hit 100 posts.

FNG until you reach 30 posts. At which you are raised to Seasoned Rider status. When you reach 100 you get to be an Iron Butt.
