My front brake is making noise at all speeds, really annoying at low speeds, tried to align wheel with brake caliper, didn't help much, anything I can do without putting on a new rotor. 2002 FLHT

If your bike is fairly new with few miles on it, I think this is common.
Its the friction noise you get as the rotor spins and lightly rubs the brake pads,
They'll wear down a bit, I think its to do with the holes in the rotor...
Mine did the same when newish........
But then again?.....................

I put either Kevlar or Carbon/Kevlar pads on them, and it goes a long way in minimizing it.

I changed my crappy 'Harley' calipers to 'Harrisson Billett' 6 pots.
But then again, the pads hang 'loose' and make a noise anyway but they sure DO stop ya! ;)
