Are the bobtail fender struts (FXST, FXSTB) and Fat Boy fender struts interchangeable??

yes, but watch the years... they changed in '00, '03, and I believe '06

They are the same
They did not change in '03. The change for '03 was the way the fender mounted to allow for the wider tire, but the fender size is the same. Not sure about the '06 model.
