Have the Rineharts on my 05 Classic , great sound and looks, but you will lose some low end torque as with all true duels.
Something you may want to consider when selecting pips is if your going to add a device such as a PCIII or Thundermax to richen up the fuel mixture as the stage one flash the stealer will sell you will still be to lean. They have custom maps for cretin pips listed on there websites.
I do not know which kind of mufflers you are going to buy, but one thing is for sure: do not buy Screamin' Eagle Performance Mufflers (jump to archive and find my post NEVER buy Screamin' Eagle Performance Mufflers! NEVER!).
So, if you change just mufflers, you do not need to adjust EFI (fulel), but definitely it is better to do that.
But if you add performance air cleaner side by side with your performance muffs, you need to adjust your EFI, that is a MUST!
Go with RevTech DFO. I have read hundreds of posts and have asked the number of questions and I found out that the DFO is better idea than Power Commander. Expensive SERT (Screamin' Eagle Race Tuner) is designed for serious upgrades.
Hope this helps, but also wait for comments from other guys!

A free flow air breather + less restrictive pipes = Stage I. But you will need the Stage I reflash (EFI) or some way to correct the lean condition you will have.
StageI is the most cost effective performance mods you can do.
It is so common that it is referred to a payin' the harley tax.
I just installed a set of S&S Stainless Ovals and I like them, not too loud, nice deep rumble. Haven't dyno'd them yet but the bike seems to run pretty well with them.
Here's the advice I always give to someone asking about pipes. Go hang around a biker hangout; coffee shop, bike shop, bar, etc and listen to the bikes coming in. When you hear one you like, check it out, find out what it is.
