First time Harley owner. While putzing around with the bike today noticed that at idle the pressure coming out of the right muffler is about twice as much than from left. Is this normal? Have to do with the crossover? In my mind pressure from both sides should be equal, but maybe I'm wrong. Bike runs fine, idles a little rougher than I expected. 03 RKC just over 100 miles on odometer, have stage one chip, V&H slip ons, otherwise stock.

Is this a problem or potential problem or is it normal and I'm just a doting new father? Thanks for any input,

Normal, the Y pipe is not a crossover. Left side canister is mostly cosmetic.

One of these days I'm going to remove the left side system at the manifold ,put a freeze plug on the original pipe and see how it runs.

SIDEKICK,

I'm asking that question right now in the exhaust area - my exhause is removed and I though I remembered somebody doing it, but can't remember the results. More torque?
